[solaris] cf-serverd tests fail if tested in bulk

      16_cf-serverd/01_start/011.cf
      16_cf-serverd/01_start/copy_from_md5_zero_length_file.cf

      These tests fail on Solaris 10/amd64 if tested in bulk, together with all other tests in the directory. If run one at a time, they pass. See #4859 for another report of this type (for non-server tests on Windows).

      One hairball here is that 16_cf-serverd/01_start/011.cf fails even if run standalone. But eventually, it will pass, if I give it a couple minutes to cool down (such as the time taken to write this report for the other two tests).
