      Description

      Reported by Kegeruneku from #cfengine on irc.freenode.net

      Pam is required by the users type promise, should this configure option disable the promise type and build successfully?

      If it disables the promise type what happens if I have a users: type promise in my policy, will I get an error or will it be skipped?
