module protocol doesn't accept 0-9 A-Z and _

      Description

      The module protocol currently only accepts a through z in the context name. Generally CFEngine accepts @a-zA-Z0-9_@ in bundle names, which the module context name mimics.

      Easy fix, with acceptance test, has been pushed to master. Requesting CCB to 3.6.0.
