Print the total time of a cf-agent run

      Description

      Regarding 3.6 Enterprise version, we can query Benchmarks log to see the number.

      On Core, it would be a good idea for CFEngine to be able to print out a total runtime of cf-agent or exec_command by cf-execd in verbose log and possibly log it to syslog??

      Note that cf-profile (perl script) can be used to time and profile execution time of bundles.
