      Description

      It's been pointed out several times that our systemd unit files should be improved.

      There was some discussion about systemd unit files previously "here":https://dev.cfengine.com/issues/5414#note-9

      More recently Marco Marongiu spent some time working on systemd units for cfengine.

      I think we should look to get these units integrated into buildscripts so that they are the preferred method for managing cfengine services on systemd systems instead of being a thin wrapper around the legacy init scripts.
