      Description

Some promise types do not emit verbose header logs when they start a pass of convergence.

When a promise type begins convergence on a pass, the verbose logs should indicate so.

For example, you can see this in action with vars type promises and classes type promises.

verbose: V: BEGIN variables (pass 2)
verbose: C: BEGIN classes / conditions (pass 2)

I expected that all promise types would log similarly, but I found that some promise types are not.

      • Missing BEGIN processes (pass x)
      • Missing BEGIN methods (pass x)
      • Missing BEGIN commands (pass x)
