      Description

      Looking at the verbose output I noticed that meta promises do not log the same way that variables do.

       verbose: Using bundlesequence =>  {"main"}
       verbose: B: *****************************************************************
       verbose: B: BEGIN bundle main
       verbose: B: *****************************************************************
       verbose: V: Computing value of 'test'
       verbose: A: Promise was KEPT
       verbose: P: END meta promise (test)
       verbose: V: .........................................................
       verbose: V: BEGIN variables (pass 1)
       verbose: V: Computing value of 'classes_are_first'
       verbose: V: Computing value of 'vars_are_first'
       verbose: V: Computing value of 'answer'

      In the above verbose output from 3.11.0 we see the meta promsie END, but we don't see it begin meta (pass 1) .

      I am unsure if a new prefix should be introduced to the legend for M (meta), or since meta promises are vars if they should use the V prefix.
