Quick Install script broken for 3.15.0

      Description

      We got an e-mail that quick-install script stopped working. Since 3.15.0 is released, it's attempting to install 3.15.0, and it doesn't work.

      So far I see 2 issues:

      • RHEL is not correctly detected when /etc/os-release exists
      • Package names have changed
