      Description

Especially on redhat systems with ipv6 disabled cf-serverd can fail to start with not much information as to why.

This is most likely due to failure to bind and create a socket on the ipv6 wildcard interface "::" specified in this policy: https://github.com/cfengine/masterfiles/blob/3.18.x/controls/cf_serverd.cf#L73-L77

If you get the "Unable to start server" error when starting cf-serverd you can comment or delete the section of policy mentioned above and cf-serverd should start properly.

This public ticket is linked to an existing internal ticket created to make it easier for community members to find and workaround this issue.
