Cached systemd service state in services promises

Due to the execresult() function (and others) results being cached, the systemd_service_info variable for a particular service is only populated once and then never refreshed in the same agent run. Thus if the state of a particular service changes during an agent run (even by actions done by the agent), promises may be marked as kept instead of repairs happening.
