      Description

      I think that running cfbs status should tell me which index is being used.

      [root@hub cfbs-project]# grep index cfbs.json
        "index": "https://gist.githubusercontent.com/nickanderson/22b896185accc65a387269ce0c93158a/raw/4e26dd87b814778eae7b48b32087dca8ce7f98fa/index.json",
      [root@hub cfbs-project]# cfbs status
      Name:        Example
      Description: Example description
      File:        cfbs.json

      Modules:
      001 masterfiles              @ 5c7dc5b43088e259a94de4e5a9f17c0ce9781a0f (Downloaded)
      002 inventory-etc-login-defs @ ef47c8d42818e12567d8d180f5c6c95362e9a450 (Not downloaded)

      At least if I am not using the default index, I think it makes sense to highlight the index in use. Very easily users could get confused by some modules being present on build.cfengine.com but not findable via search.
