Display request_id as part of the error message in UI

      Description

      Display request id in the error popup in the UI.
      Having them makes it much easier to identity the issue experienced by the users, especially if server is administrated by different person.

      Best case scenario user can copy-pase this into an email then communicating the issue.
      Popup is also quite quick to go away.
