Community integrated boards

Initiate a new project to store and maintain community boards for the Mender Yocto integration.

Suggested name is:

• meta-mender-community

This project aims to be community driven even though we will initially set it up. The goal is to start of with contributing 5-10 boards.

Boards in meta-mender that are not "officially" supported shall be moved to meta-mender-community. This is orangepi and toradex boards.

Ideally we are able to bring on volunteer maintainers for each board to collectively maintain this.

Initially the repository shall be self-contained and provide the necessary documentation in README.md on how to contribute etc.

Additional value add is to provide repo manifest files and Yocto templates for each board which makes it easier to get started. This could though be optional, to lower the bar for initial board support contribution.
