      Acceptance criteria:

      • Develop either a script or a client option that will install an update module from a URL
        • It can, but doesn't have to, leverage the work in MEN-2525 (maybe the artifact generator can serve both roles, for example)
      • Must be installed by default in:
        • meta-mender
        • mender-convert
      • Tested
