Onboarding: browser caches the old device page

See attachment. When clicking on that link, the browser shows the same "Congratulations" page, even though it has been updated.
Refreshing the page resolves the issue.

A few options I can think of:

• Use a different file name than index.html for the update
• Auto-refresh the browser once user follows the link (is this possible?)
