[ui] auditlogs filter categories limited to what's on screen

      Description

      Again I have ~30 events of all kinds.
      I set 'per page' to 10 and go to page 2.

      Accidentally, all events on this page are remote terminal related - no user, no deployments.

      If I go to Filter By I get 'no options'. It seems that the currently listed events determine the set of available filtering categories.

      Maybe it's intended?

      My expectation would be:

      • I have any and all log categories available for filtering (because e.g I know that among my 1000s of events there are some deployments events)
      • I can filter on any regardless of the pagination state, without having to cycle to find an event that interests me
      • I'm taken to page 1 of the selected category
