Description
When looking at individual devices in a deployment report, there is a mock progress bar. This has unfortunately confused users on several occasions as it doesn't reflect reality. When a device "hangs" even early stages the download then it looks like it is downloading. See e.g. https://hub.mender.io/t/questions-regarding-download-progress/3465
We will likely never know the exact % bytes downloaded, so should rather communicate the coarse-grain steps (1. Downloading, 2. Installing, 2.5 Reboot_Enter state script, 3 Reboot, etc.). It would be similar to the previous design but perhaps include the number of steps done and left (without implying anything about their length / expected time to take).
Acceptance criteria
- New design to replace the progress bar (e.g. based on step X of Y: Download, ...)
- Create UI implementation task based on design
