      Description

      As we are doing a major release of the client,

      Acceptance criteria:

      • meta-mender: mender-client 3.0.0 recipe is down-prioritized in dunfell
      • meta-mender: mender-client 3.0.0 recipe is prioritized in master
      • mender-docs: Somewhere in "System updates: Yocto Project" we add a note that for dunfell and older mender-client 3.0.0 can be enabled setting PREFERRED_VERSION in local.conf
