Date range in Finished Deployments appears to be off by one

Check out the two screenshots. The first one, it's critical to note that the Finished Deployments screen was entered on the 21st September, but the date range limits me to 20th, in other words today's deployments are missing.

If I then click on the "Today" link, it switches correctly to today's date, but it thinks this is outside the maximum allowed date. See the next screenshot.
