      Description

This stems from the discussions here and here. In order for UEFI support to work on ARM out of the box as much as possible, we need to find a way to express that grub-efi is the main bootloader (PREFERRED_PROVIDER_virtual/bootloader), but that some other bootloader is used as UEFI provider, such as U-Boot or EDK2. This may require working with upstream Yocto.

Without this, the will be no dependency relationship on a UEFI provider, and hence the board may not work out of the box for most people. It's heavily layer dependent though.
